Data Protection Policy
Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with EP and R EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws.

The operator LCNG-Fuel Ltd. processes personal data of customers in the range of:
company name, invoicing address of the company, ID number, VAT number, Reg. number, registered office address, name and surname of the contact person, job position of the contact person, telephone number, email address, fax, web, cookies.
Personal data is processed by the LCNG-Fuel Ltd. in order to:
-invoicing of delivered services
-sending e-mail offers
-preparation of the contract, recovery of receivables
-contact in case of inquiry via website, phone call or e-mail
Personal data does not provided to third parties, with the exception of:

The operator declares that:
We will use the processed personal data of the data subjects only for the above-mentioned purposes in the course of business activities.
Common provisions:
The personal data you provide to the operator via the contact form or direct order must be true, and in the event of a change, you are obliged to inform the operator about the change immediately.
The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, while your rights are governed by the general Regulation EP and R (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. e.g. the right, upon written request, to request:
Right of access:
You have the right to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal information. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in writing, unless otherwise requested by you. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.
Right to change:
We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to modify, update or supplement this information.
Right of deletion:
In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example if the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer needed to fulfill the original purpose of the processing or if you withdraw your consent to the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all the relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request.
Right to restrict processing:
In certain circumstances, you may ask us to stop using your personal information. These are, for example, when you think the personal information we hold about you may be inaccurate or when you think we no longer need to use your personal information.
Right to data portability:
In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you provide to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you with your consent or under a contract to which you are a party.
The right to object:
You have the right to object to the processing of data which is based on our legitimate legitimate interests (for example, we process personal data for the purpose of network and infrastructure security). If we do not have a compelling legitimate legitimate reason to process and you object, we will not process your personal data further.
The right to withdraw consent:

LCNG-Fuel Ltd. will keep all personal data in accordance with the Law on Archives and Registries, the Accounting Act and the VAT Act for a period of 5 years following the year to which it relates (the year in which the last invoice was issued).
Personal data intended for marketing purposes will be retain for 5 years from the granting of the consent, or unless the consent of the person concerned revokes it.
The data subject may request the correction of personal data, the restriction of processing or their deletion.
