Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with EP and R EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws.

The operator LCNG-Fuel Ltd. processes personal data of customers in the range of:
company name, invoicing address of the company, ID number, VAT number, Reg. number, registered office address, name and surname of the contact person, job position of the contact person, telephone number, email address, fax, web, cookies.
Personal data is processed by the LCNG-Fuel Ltd. in order to:
-invoicing of delivered services
-sending e-mail offers
-preparation of the contract, recovery of receivables
-contact in case of inquiry via website, phone call or e-mail
Personal data does not provided to third parties, with the exception of:

LCNG-Fuel Ltd. will keep all personal data in accordance with the Law on Archives and Registries, the Accounting Act and the VAT Act for a period of 5 years following the year to which it relates (the year in which the last invoice was issued).
Personal data intended for marketing purposes will be retain for 5 years from the granting of the consent, or unless the consent of the person concerned revokes it.
The data subject may request the correction of personal data, the restriction of processing or their deletion.
