CNG Filling Stations

LCNGFUEL CNG projekt

One of the main services offered by LCNG-Fuel Ltd. is the design and construction of public and industrial CNG filling stations. In Budapest, we have developed two CNG filling stations for buses and waste-collection trucks and three public service stations. In Miskolc, we constructed a CNG filling station capable of refuelling 75 buses. In Kaposvár, we constructed two filling stations for the refuelling of 45 public buses, and created another service station for the self-service refuelling of personal cars.

CNG Filling Station Maintenance and Authentication

LCNGFUEL CNG projekt

Our company performs mechanical, electrical and control systems maintenance works at many Hungarian CNG filling stations. In addition to regular monthly maintenance, we also perform the needed additional scheduled or periodic maintenance works.

In cooperation with the Hungarian Metrology Authority, we certify the metering instruments of CNG dispensers at 14 filling stations nationwide each year.

Maintenance

We provide an on-call service for our contracted partners, and we can start ad hoc troubleshooting within even six hours.

Compressor units, terminals and dispensers can be monitored remotely by those authorized to do so.

Authentication

The metering instruments of CNG dispensers are calibrated on site using a certified, so-called master measuring instrument.

This method allows for fast measurement and calibration with relatively little downtime for the CNG service itself.

Fuel Supply Systems

Our company carries out technological construction works at OMV’s Hungarian strategic distribution sites and at other industrial facilities, from smaller projects to the construction of entire fuel and additive supply systems.

With projects like this we often set up the air and gas supply systems and provide the necessary maintenance services.

Tanker unloading pontoon

The complete mechanical installation of a new float for unloading tankers, complete with its connection to the existing on-site system.

MXMD

Switching to a new product requires the construction of new supply lines between storage tanks and the loading islands.

Construction of a new island and its supply lines. Connection to an existing vapor pendulum and regenerating system, drain lines and additive supply system.

Tank engineering works

LCNGFUEL CNG projekt

Having many years of experience, we carry out the on-site repair, modification and the periodic inspection of storage tanks used for hazardous fluids. We can carry out this work for both under and above ground, vertical and horizontal storage tanks.

For more complex work and inspections we must go inside the tank. We carry out and coordinate this work with both personal and property safety in mind. It is undertaken in compliance with the relevant standards and regulations, and using the experience we have gained over the years.

We can take care of insulation and covering internal and external surfaces in a corrosion-resistant coating.

Tank cleaning

Following the opening and entering procedure, we can perform basic and complex cleaning tasks, usually on 5 to 3000 m3 objects. We can take care of the removal and safe disposal of any resulting hazardous waste.

Technological assembly, modification and repair

We can replace the dome lids of tanks and connecting armatures, and modify pipes as needed during a product change or upgrade. We assess any damage to surfaces, armatures and pipes and make any needed repairs.

Tests

We can undertake the regular pressure tests of tanks and connected pipes, as well as the mandatory periodic inspections and verification works that are required by law.

CNG Filling Station in Csombárd

LCNGFUEL CNG projekt

The CNG filling station in Csombárd is a unique investment in Hungary. The concept introduces a solution for the economical use of natural gas in places where there is no gas pipeline, or where the cost of constructing a gas supply line is uneconomic due to system usage and minimum gas volume fees.

Site

There are two CUBOGAS compressor units on site ensuring gas compression of 2000 Sm3/h. At the filling station, three dispensers fill up to three transportable CNG storage containers at the same time.

CNG transport

The compressed natural gas is transported to the place of use in a bundle of cylinders built into a container, mounted on a semi-trailer.

Usage

At the usage site, the unload pressure of the CNG (which is at 250 bar in the cylinders), is set to the required pressure via a downloading and control station.

Magyar Suzuki Zrt.

LCNGFUEL CNG projekt

Our company carries out the periodic technical maintenance for the production line supply systems, dispensers and the entire tank farm and pump station at the assembly shop of Magyar Suzuki Zrt. in Esztergom. This work covers both mechanical and electrical prevention and repair tasks.

In addition to the regularly scheduled maintenance, our experts have also participated in a number of successful development projects.

On top of the high quality of our work, we also place a big emphasis on ensuring that we adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations, as expected by Suzuki.

Tank farm

In addition to maintenance work, we also perform periodic inspections of underground tanks, fluid transfer operations, various repair works and technological modifications..

Assembly shop

We participate in the complex work of developing fuel supply systems for the assembly shop. After the planning and approvals work, we carry out the construction of mechanical and electrical systems as well as control systems.
